Rangesh Fernando is the Founding Director of Landmark Properties. He carries an MBA from University of Wales, UK and is also reading for his B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from University of Salford, UK.

Rangesh has worked in several top corporates and multinationals in Sri Lanka and carries a wealth of experience and knowledge to provide leadership towards the development and growth of the property development business.

Property development industry had always come as second nature to Rangesh as he hails from a reputed family of surveyors. Landmark Properties was registered in 2016 in order to officially establish and further grow the business.

Deepa is an Architectural Licentiate and is member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (Reg. no - AL 16023). He carries 22 years of experience in the field and is proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, 3D Studio Vizard, Autodesk Walk Through, Animateck World Builder and MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, MS-Publisher, Adobe page maker, Adobe photo shop, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Carlson Survey 2006 and Autodesk Revit Architecture.

Nuwan is an engineering graduate from the University of Peradeniya and a holder of an engineering design diploma from the University of Moratuwa, and is a High Rise Design License Holder.

Nuwan has been involved in several large high rise projects across the country, including 27 storied city hotel in Colombo 3, whilst working on several projects of expansion for leading hotel chains across the country.

Ajith holds B.Sc Engineering Degree with First class from Faculty of Engineering, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka and is also a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka MIE (SL). Ajith has over 10 years of experience in structural engineering and has had the privilege of working on large projects across the country. Some of them include;

Structural Design for the 3 number of 8m diameter and 31m height cylindrical steel silo including steel supporting structure (2000T Capacity) for cement storage, Structural design of GRAND COMOROS fisheries development project including boat yard building, training center, processing plant, ice plant, power plant, Fuel storage silos, harbor platform structure at a project value of US$ 27 million, Structural design of proposed 75000 sq.ft warehouse development at Athabendiwewa, Dambulla with the project value of LKR 225 million.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Industry with Hospitality, Commercial, Retail, Residential projects, working with many reputed Sri Lankan Architects, from 2001.

Asanka works closely with clients while leading the development of project execution plans and overseeing the projects, well experienced background in both Architecture & Interior design allows him to efficiently guide diverse and technically challenging projects through successful completion.

Asanka is also the founder and Director of Asanka Samarakoon Design Studio, which was established in 2014, the Design studio handles many Architectural & Interior design projects.

Asanka holds a B.A. (Hons) in Interior Design from the University of Northumbia and also a registered Architectural Licentiate in Architects registration board in Sri Lanka.

I have achieved 5 year experience in sri lanka construction industry. 5 years which have been gained professional experience in different field such as from civil Engineering project , interior design projects.

Higher Diploma in Interior designing from National Design Institute in Katubedda.

National certificate of Engineering Draftsman conducted by Rathmalana Technical College
Computer Aided Draftsman certificate course conducted by university of Moratuwa Department of Mechanical Engineering

Keith is an engineering graduate from the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University and an Accredited Professional in Green Building Council of Sri Lanka.
He is a keen individual in the field of sustainable engineering projects and currently engaged in many Interior designing projects as well.
